Turnaround
The normal turnaround time is 7-10 business days. Please note this does not include weekends or national holidays. Your order begins once we receive payment, artwork, and mock up approval. Delay in receipt of *any* of this info could result in production delays. Most mock up will be sent within 24 hours, after receiving payment and all necessary information. Complex orders/add-ons, multiple colors, mixed garment types, multiple designs may increase turnaround.
Rush Order
Tees on the Spot will do everything we can to meet any must-have date, but we cannot guarantee it. If you have a deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may apply. If you do not advise us about a due date until after your order has been paid for and pushed through our system, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Any circumstances out of Tees on the Spot control (ie: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate.
Art Guidelines
Art must be provided at 300 DPI or in Vector format. Acceptable formats are .png, .jpg, .psd, .tiff, .ai or .pdf. Art should be scaled to the desired print size and checked prior to sending for any errors of spelling, composition, sizes ordered, and color as Tees on the Spot will take no responsibility for any unidentified errors once the print process has begun. We do our best to catch these errors and point them out to you, but we may not catch them all. If it is in your art file and on your approval, that is how we will print it.
Artwork that requires significant editing will result in extended order turnaround. Printing can only be as good as the artwork. Tees on the Spot will not be responsible for poor quality printing due to poor artwork.
Any modifications requested after customer approval will result in production delays and could require additional expenses. Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after receipt of the mockup could result in production delays.
Color Matching
All colors in a design will be matched to the closest in house stock ink color.
Quotes & Estimates
Quotes, or estimates, are good for 30 days unless stated otherwise. This term is subject to seeing final artwork to confirm any quotes. Final invoices will reflect the quantity shipped, not the quantity quoted (see Invoiced Quantity).
Under Runs and Misprints
Due to the nature of this business, we cannot be responsible for under-runs or spoilage up to 5% per design (spoilage must be more than 5 shirts per design for a reprint). Please keep this in mind when ordering (it is never a bad idea to order extras). We will refund you the cost of any items shorted from your order but will not process a reprint for less than 5% of your order (or 5 shirts minimum).
Garment Disclaimer
Manufacturer Defects
Tees on the Spot is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as garment color inconsistencies, mislabeled sizes, loose stitching, label inconsistencies, or other garment defects. We do our best to inspect the garments as they are printed, but we cannot guarantee each garment. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size to avoid the possibility of the aforementioned issues.
Quality Assurance
We try to check every garment as it comes off of the press, but there are times where some mistakes will make it out the door. It is your responsibility as the customer to check over garments as you receive them. We allow an industry standard 72 hour window from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with the order. Tees on the Spot will not be responsible for errors with your order if notified after 72 hours of receiving the goods. Tees on the Spot also will not be responsible for any lost income, customers, accounts, and/or contracts if defective garments are sent out to your final customer. While Tees on the Spot does quality checks on the garments, the final quality assurance check lies in the hands of you, our customer.
Garment Subjectivity
Tees on the Spot will not be responsible for you not liking the garment printed on or the printed artwork. We do our very best to make sure you have selected a garment that you will expect and matches your needs, but we also expect you to do some research on your own. We do our best to provide garment size specs for each product. If size specs are not listed on our site, we recommend you confirm and verify them on the manufacturers’ site to ensure the garment is going to fit as you intend. If there’s any doubt about whether you’ll like the selected garment, we recommend ordering a blank sample first. Please keep in mind that ordering blank samples will push back the turnaround time. Blank samples are available for purchase, but are not refundable or transferrable towards a full production run.
Image Size
All shirt sizes in an order will be printed with the same image size unless otherwise requested. Different image sizes being printed on different shirt sizes will be treated as a new order and priced as such.
Image Placement
Although all efforts are made to ensure garments are printed centered & straight, garments may have variances in construction and are loaded by hand and will therefore be subject to minor changes in print placement. We will do everything we can to ensure images are printed in a consistent location on all garments within a run. However, small variations should be expected. For example, if a request is made for an image to be printed 2″ below the bottom of a collar, a 3/4″ standard deviation in either direction will be considered acceptable. If a request is made for images to be printed near the tag area on the back of the shirt and directly over the tag, it could have small ink coverage inconsistencies and will be considered acceptable. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide details in regard to print placement and size.
Seam, Collar and Zipper Printing
We do our very best to produce the best looking prints. However, printing on or over any seams, collars, pockets, zippers or otherwise is subject to distortion, print imperfections, and/or other small inconsistencies. These are all considered acceptable goods and will not be considered misprints.
Wash Down (water base or discharge ink)
Although most prints are used with plastisol ink, but if water based and discharge inks are used in your print which dyes fabric, we will not be responsible for fading or weathering of goods. Once a print leaves our facility, we are not in control of the elements a print will endure, such as wash temperature, abrasiveness, soaps and chemicals, etc. and therefore cannot guarantee the wash down and weathering of the product.
We print with the highest quality products and equipment available for water based and discharge ink and has scores of ecstatic clients because of such. We take great pride in the quality of our work. That being said, very small amounts of wash down on ink colors should be expected with each additional wash since fabric will fade with additional washing.
Shipping
We ship via USPS, UPS & FedEx. A tracking number will be sent to you shortly after your order has left our facility. Tees on the Spot will not be responsible for shipping transit complications for any reason such as errors, weather, strikes, or otherwise. Shipping time is not included in our turnaround times. Shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the client and will be added to your invoice unless otherwise agreed upon prior to your order. Shipping costs are not normally included on quotes. Tees on the Spot assumes no responsibility for goods once they have left our facility. We will not be responsible for shipping to a wrong address if it was listed on your quote and you failed to correct the address upon quote approval.
Claims & Reprints
We go to great lengths to try to ensure that every order that leaves our facility is correct. All of our customers are valued customers, regardless of size, and we want you all to know that. Any order printed differently than the mock-up approved will be granted a reprint of the defective product. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of date of delivery. Please email order@theteesonthespot.com to submit your claim. If Tees on the Spot is responsible for any errors in your order, we will gladly accept responsibility for the issues and will reprint the shirts printed in error. We do not offer refunds, but will gladly reprint any production errors that exceed the spoilage rate.
We will require that you ship the misprinted garments back to our shop (we will provide you with a UPS label and will cover shipping costs). Tees on the Spot will not be responsible for any garments sold or given away prior to returning the order.
