Set Up and Requirements
We have several options to fit any budget & event. Live Screen Printing can create the perfect swag bag gift, or if you can sell the items at the event to help cover your costs.
Packages Includes:
2 – 8-hour package options for onsite event Live screen-printing. 1 hr. for set-up and 1 hr. for breakdown.
Art creation up 4 (one color) custom designs per station for event (artwork, films, screens, ink preparation). Multiple color designs are available
Printable items: t-shirts, tanks, tote bags, sweats, aprons, posters, etc.
Professional Print crew.
Event Requirements:
- Minimum Space of 10 x 10 feet
- Access to Electricity
Payment
*For planning purposes, please note a deposit or total payment may be required to reserve your date. Final artwork is required at least 10-14 business days prior to the event to begin production. Travel fees may apply.
*All deposits are non- refundable.

How it works.

Get in Touch
Contact us to book your next event. To get an accurate quote, we will need the details of your event such as: event date, number of tees/items you would like to print and information regarding your artwork.

Get a Quote
Once we have all the details of your event and review your artwork, a quote will be submitted. Our designer will work with you to prepare your artwork for the event.

Book Your Event
Once your quote has been approved, a 50% deposit will be due to reserve your event. Upon receiving deposit our graphic designer will send you mockups for you to review and approve. Once onsite we will handle set up and provide your guest with a fun expereince.
